• If you opt-in for Club and then choose not to attend, you will forfeit your option to select opt-out bonus.

• All charges for issued airline tickets paid for by Novacoast for your additional attendees will still be charged through payroll deduction.  These tickets are owned by the person listed on the ticket and are not transferable. 

• The following cancellation penalties will apply if you cancel your additional attendees for any reason whatsoever, including health-related issues.  These charges will be paid through payroll deduction.  Dates are calculated based on your arrival date in South Africa.

  • 95 days before arrival – 25% of the land portion + 100% of ticketed air

  • 94-35 days before arrival – 50% of the land portion + 100% of ticketed air

  • 34 days or less before arrival – 100%
