Flights

Novacoast does not have group space for flights to Africa. ​

• All flights will be done on an individual basis. ​
  This allows employees to use their benefits/upgrades they may have with a particular airline. ​

• Flight budget per ticket is up to: $1,750 per ticket ($3,500 for employee + guest)​
  *If you exceed this, you may use your Flex/Stretch $$s or payroll deduction. ​
  *All cities we have checked within a 3-hour drive of a major international airport fall into this range.​
  *The flight budget can ONLY be used for airfare. There is no balance transfer/carry-over to other activities. ​

• United has the nonstop on Friday from Newark (EWR) to Cape Town (CPT), this will accommodate most connecting cities. ​

• If you select flights that require additional nights, you will be responsible for those added nights $$​

• Airline tickets are NOT transferable – you may not change the name on the ticket once issued. ​
  *If you need to change name you will have to pay for the new ticket. ​
  *You can work directly with airline on refund if applicable. ​
  *Flights will be booked with major airlines. ​
  *Some fares don’t allow you to pre-book a seat = yuck! ​
